- Ensure project delivery meets client satisfaction
- Assess environmental factors and implement safety measures
- PhD in Chemistry or related field
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Familiarity with automation processes
- Problem-solving skills in R&D environments
