Forty percent of car buyers don't qualify for traditional advertised rates and terms, yet most dealerships aren't equipped to serve them. We are! Our Finance First Process ensures we approve customers before presenting vehicle options, saving time and maximizing success.

What You'll Do:
- Generate Leads - Use social media, digital marketing, and networking to engage potential buyers and create opportunities.
- Consult with Clients - Conduct phone, online, and in-person interviews to assess customer needs, review credit situations, and collect necessary documentation.
- Present Vehicle & Finance Options - Confidently explain financing terms, payments, and vehicle choices that fit customer pre-approvals.
- Participate in Events - Be a key player in dealership sales events, driving engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate for Success - Work closely with finance managers, dealership staff, and the Bruce Auto Approvals Team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Sales, finance, or customer service experience (automotive industry is a plus, but not required).
- A high-energy, self-motivated mindset with a drive for success.
- Strong communication skills, especially in digital and social media engagement.
- The ability to learn and apply our proven Finance First Process.
- A team-oriented attitude and passion for helping customers.
