Technical Workday Analyst at Tilray

Become a Technical Workday Analyst with Tilray Brands, focusing on HR systems and data integrity. This essential role is designed for candidates with substantial experience in Workday integration and reporting. You will report to the Director, HCM and Compensation, and will be instrumental in maintaining the HR data systems. Your responsibilities will encompass Workday security, reporting, and addressing technical challenges while collaborating with various departments. Strong technical proficiency is required to thrive in this highly technical role. Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical configuration and management of Workday systems
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate solutions
Oversee implementation and testing of system updates
Document processes and improve HR workflows
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4 years’ experience in integration and reporting with Workday
Hands-on involvement in Workday implementations for 2 years
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
