Cybersecurity Incident Manager at PwC

Enhance cybersecurity efforts at PwC as the Cybersecurity Incident Management Lead, responsible for incident response and maintaining data integrity. Lead your team in cyber defense initiatives. In this role, you will oversee high-impact incidents, train level 2 senior analysts, and coordinate responses to complex cybersecurity threats. Your ability to communicate with technical teams and clients is critical for successful incident resolution and upholding client trust. Foster a culture of security best practices within your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated cybersecurity incidents effectively
- Train level 2 analysts on industry best practices
- Lead coordination during complex incident responses
- Review quality and effectiveness of incident reports
- Track key performance indicators for service quality
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience; 4 in Information Security
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and relevant security tools
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Security Clearance required
