Step into a leadership position at VHA Home HealthCare as the Quality Improvement Lead in Toronto, ON. This full-time role focuses on driving strategic quality initiatives to improve client care. As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Quality, leading organization-wide initiatives that prioritize data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will build capability among teams through consultation, education, and a commitment to continuous learning in quality methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organization-wide quality improvement strategies and initiatives
- Apply and advise on Lean and other methodologies for enhancements
- Partner with teams to track changes and report outcomes
- Develop clear measures to monitor quality and performance
- Support accreditation readiness through oversight of standards
- Master’s degree in health sciences or related area required
- Minimum five years of progressive healthcare quality improvement experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification must be held
- Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed
