Senior Client Engagement Lead

Lead executive client relationships remotely from Canada, using strategic engagement and growth expertise to guide digital agency programs. Toronto candidates are preferred.
As Engagement Lead, you will manage program-level engagements within a digital agency or consultancy. You will guide strategic vision, craft, and execution while implementing account plans and high-level solutions. The work spans client relationships, project delivery, growth objectives, and new business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements from onboarding through quarterly account reviews
- Cultivate executive relationships as a trusted advisor and thought partner
- Identify growth opportunities through proposals, pitches, and knowledge sharing
- Guide cross-functional teams with strategic project insight
- Measure work impact through benchmarking and data-driven evaluation
Requirements:
- Eight or more years leading program-level agency engagements
- Experience selling six-figure engagements to global enterprises
- Strategic engagement experience across digital disciplines
- Confidence leading negotiations and resolving client conflicts
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
