As a nanny matching service, we are currently looking for a truly reliable, experienced, and consistent nanny for a family with two children, ages 6 and 9, located in Calgary. The position is expected to start on September 2nd, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year. The family is ideally looking for support: Monday: 2:20 PM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 2:20 PM – 4:30 PM Wednesday: 2:20 PM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 2:20 PM – 5:00 PM The main responsibilities will include welcoming the children after school, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, engaging them through fun and age-appropriate activities, and providing a positive and caring environment. The ideal candidate will: Be reliable, experienced, and consistent Enjoy spending time with school-aged children through play, conversation, and activities Be creative and able to offer age-appropriate games, crafts, and entertainment Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment Be comfortable helping children with their routines and tidying up after activities Be independent, responsible, and proactive This position requires: A valid driver’s licence Access to a reliable personal vehicle (approximately 9.2 km round trip per day) This is a declared self-employed position. The expected hourly rate is $22–$25/hour, including mileage, depending on experience and qualifications.
