Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Order Picker / Office Associate Location: In-Person (Ontario) (Scarborough) Employment Type: Full-Time (30-35 hours per week)

In addition to our wide range of body jewelry, we offer a curated selection of stainless steel chains, pendants, and rings. Position Summary: New Steel is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Office Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys a mix of individual and collaborative work. The ideal candidate will be responsible, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. While prior knowledge of body jewelry and piercings is an asset, it is not requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fulfill and process customer orders
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Perform e-commerce support tasks
- Collect merchandise for retail store replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed
Training and Onboarding: All new team members receive thorough in-person training to ensure familiarity with our products and operational procedures!
