Affirm is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to guide complex projects that advance our consumer offerings. With a robust background of at least 8 years, you will coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure project success and streamline processes. You will also mentor team members while facilitating strong communications across engineering and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, high-visibility technical programs from inception to completion
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on requirements and risk management
• Foster effective communication with cross-functional partners
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and evaluate risks
• Mentor team members to enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of technical program management
• Commitment to improving consumer finance solutions
• Strong organizational and strategic skills
• Experience in related sectors like FinTech or Commerce
