We are looking for a friendly and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in recruitment.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Post job ads and help track applications.
Keep candidate records up to date.
Assist with onboarding and hiring paperwork.
Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and email skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
No experience required; training provided.
