Remote Investment Specialist BMO

This role requires a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through sound investment advice. As a remote Investment Specialist, you will engage with clients to provide customized investment solutions. With a focus on the customer, you'll support onboarding, handle transactions, and build lasting relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with an affinity for financial markets and investment products. Key Responsibilities:

Support customers in the inbound call queue
Understand client needs for appropriate investment solutions
Onboard new accounts and manage transactions
Provide wealth management guidance on various investment products
Foster trust and maintain meaningful customer relationships

Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant professional experience
Completed Canadian Securities Course or IFIC
Strong knowledge of investment products and marketplace trends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual in French and English
