Become a vital part of ComPsych's Employee Assistance Program as an EAP Counseling Provider. Deliver high-quality, in-person counseling to employees and their families in your community. In this independent provider role, you will offer solution-focused counseling services within ComPsych's well-respected EAP network. You will support individuals facing personal and professional challenges through short-term counseling, intake assessments, and clinical evaluations. Your expertise will help navigate workplace stress, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive support they need. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling sessions
• Conduct clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Support clients with workplace stress and relationship challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation standards
• Coordinate care with ComPsych’s intake and referral processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
• At least 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience
• Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
