Empower the Travel domain as an Engineering Manager at Cover Genius. Lead technical vision and team success for innovative travel integrations in a flexible and collaborative environment. In this role, you will define the technical execution for Travel partnerships, mentoring engineers and driving strategic initiatives. With focus on Node.js, Typescript, and microservices, you will cultivate a culture of innovation within a dynamic team. Your leadership will guide projects that ensure seamless partner experiences while achieving ambitious objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams to meet product objectives and results
- Translate product vision into actionable engineering initiatives
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture
- Collaborate with product managers to create robust solutions
- Manage resources to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years software engineering experience
- 2 years in leadership for high-performing teams
- Experience with Node.js, Typescript, NestJS frameworks
- Proficient in AWS microservices architecture deployment
