The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Demand & Brand Manager to run CartonCloud's demand generation engine and brand authority programs on an 18-month contract. This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine ownership. You'll own the strategy and the delivery of our inbound funnel, from paid ads and website to SEO/AEO, messaging, and campaigns, and you'll lead the brand work that makes CartonCloud increasingly recognised across the logistics technology market.

You’ll build and run the integrated campaign calendar across paid, organic, owned, earned, social, and PR; oversee our paid media agency and website partner; and lead flagship brand initiatives such as the CartonCloud Logistics Index. You’ll work across North America, Australia, and New Zealand, partnering with our global marketing team.

The engine is already running! Established agency relationships, a modern stack (HubSpot, Webflow, Notion), and full‑year strategies built out. This enables you to get to know the product and the team before putting your own stamp on it. • The integrated campaign calendar and demand generation strategy that delivers against SQL and pipeline targets
• Multi‑channel campaigns – monitoring performance and optimising for pipeline
• CartonCloud's content strategy aligned to our ICP and industry segments, plus flagship brand initiatives like the Logistics Index
• Paid media agency performance
• Website performance as a demand channel, working with external partners
• Brand authority and PR – managing media opportunities, partnerships, and third‑party placements

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing is essential
• Proven ability to build a campaign end‑to‑end – channel mix, strategy, budget, messaging, execution, and reporting
• Strong HubSpot skills – you can interrogate the data and tie activity to pipeline
• Oversight of paid media, run through an agency
• A data‑driven approach to performance reporting that translates results into optimisation and strategy recommendations.
• Webflow, Canva, Notion, and webinar set‑up (Zoom Webinars) are all advantageous; logistics or supply chain tech exposure is a nice‑to‑have
