About the Role
This role focuses on helping businesses adopt and use AI tools effectively. You’ll work with our team to implement tools like ChatGPT, content assistants, and workflow AI into real business environments—and help teams actually use them.
This is part implementation, part education, and part experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding of AI tools for internal and client use
- Help create simple guides and training materials for teams
- Test and evaluate new AI tools and workflows
- Assist in setting up AI-supported marketing and communication systems
- Work with the team to identify practical AI use cases for Northern businesses
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in AI tools and how they apply to real-world work
- Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
- Good communication skills (you’ll be helping others understand tools)
- Organized and proactive
- Some experience using AI tools (even casually)
