Medtronic seeks an Account Manager for its Cranial, Spine and Enabling Technologies division in Victoria, BC. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic products within assigned territory to achieve sales targets
- Provide clinical and technical support for scheduled procedures and trauma cases
- Develop long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders
- Identify business growth opportunities by assessing customer needs and market dynamics
- Deliver clinical education to healthcare professionals on product safe and effective use
Requirements
- Clinical background with strong knowledge of neurosurgery and spine technologies
- Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding territory and account targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and partners
- Demonstrated capability to operate independently with high accessibility and flexibility
- Market research skills and awareness of competitive landscape and customer needs
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for clinical and product education
