Commercial Risk Placement Broker at Aon

Take your negotiation skills to Aon as a Commercial Risk Placement Broker. Focus on developing tailored insurance programs and drive executive risk transfer strategies for large commercial clients. In this national team role, you will leverage your 5 to 10 years of broking experience to negotiate effectively with underwriters. Your expertise will help secure competitive pricing and terms while ensuring compliance with policy documentation. Collaborate closely with Account Directors and the underwriting community to address clients' insurance needs and create innovative marketing proposals. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate terms with underwriters for competitive client solutions
- Analyze client risks to determine appropriate insurance coverage
- Collaborate with teammates on business development initiatives
- Develop strong relationships within the insurance community
- Approve documentation for new contracts and renewals
- 5 to 10 years of broking experience required
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Strong relationship-building skills essential
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking ability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
