Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you are a multilingual individual with a passion for guest services, we want to hear from you!
Duties - Manage the front desk operations efficiently- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly- Oversee reservations and check-ins/check-outs- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively
Requirements - Previous experience in a front desk or hotel setting is preferred- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
