Ecommerce Operations Team Lead

Job Responsibility:

: E-commerce Operations Team Lead (Bilingual)

This is a full-time in-person position in Montreal.

The E-commerce Operations Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce department, ensuring seamless execution of all processes related to customer service, logistics, marketing and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Team Lead:

Lead, mentor, and develop the e-commerce operations team.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

2-Customer Service:

Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction rates.

3-Logistics and Shipping:

Resolve any shipping or delivery issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.

4-Process Improvement:

Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

5-Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Accounting to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
