Hospitality Attendant

Belleville – CAA Arena
Aramark Sports + Entertainment is looking to hire hospitality attendants to support the food and beverage operations at the Belleville – CAA Arena home to the Belleville Senators. 

The hospitality attendant is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by accurately processing merchandise transactions, assisting with guest needs, maintaining the balance of the cash drawer where applicable, maintaining their assigned work locations, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.  Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

•    Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
•    Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions. 
•    Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
•    Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
•    Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

•   Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactions

Qualifications

•    Previous guest services experience preferred
•    Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Basic math & counting skills required 
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision  
Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
