Seller Support Associate
Full-time
We are hiring a Seller Support Associate to provide exceptional support to sellers and help ensure a positive marketplace experience. This role is ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals who enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssist sellers with account-related questions and support requests.
Respond to inquiries through email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.
Help resolve issues related to orders, listings, and account management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
Follow company guidelines and provide high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with team members to support seller success.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
