Lead innovative nutrition and food services with the Saskatchewan Health Authority as the Executive Director. In this full-time role, you'll drive strategic initiatives that emphasize quality and patient-centered care. The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a strategic leader for their Nutrition and Food Services. You will report to the Vice President, taking responsibility for operational leadership and service planning across the province. The focus will be on optimizing resources, improving service delivery, and ensuring consistent quality standards throughout Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for Nutrition and Food Services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Develop operational and business plans aligned with provincial priorities
- Address service pressures and optimize provincial capacity
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance
- Graduate or Master’s level degree in relevant field
- Extensive strategic leadership experience required
- Licensed with a professional association, if applicable
- Proven ability to lead in multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong commitment to patient and family-centered care
