Apportez votre expertise en service à la clientèle tout en soutenant les organisations face à des situations critiques. Ce poste permanent et à temps plein est essentiel pour fournir une réponse rapide et adéquate suite à des incidents tragiques dans les lieux de travail. En tant que professionnel, vous serez chargé de l'évaluation des besoins des clients et de l'assignation des intervenants appropriés. Votre capacité à gérer de multiples demandes dans un environnement exigeant sera cruciale pour la réussite de cette fonction. Key Responsibilities:
- Répondre aux appels des gestionnaires demandant du soutien
- Évaluer les urgences et assigner des professionnels
- Gérer la boîte courriel et traiter les demandes internationales
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer un soutien efficace
- Maintenir une attitude positive face aux défis
- Diplôme post-secondaire ou collégial
- Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et français
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
- Excellente gestion des priorités dans un environnement rapide
- Capacité à gérer des situations de crise avec responsabilité
