Your future role

KRB is looking for a Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring the firm’s brand to life through high-quality visual content, compelling communications and digital marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Business Development, you will play a key role in developing visual content, enhancing the firm’s communications and supporting its digital presence.

Creative, detail-oriented and versatile, you will know how to transform ideas and sometimes complex information into clear, engaging and impactful communications tailored to different audiences and platforms.

Your key responsibilities

• Design high-quality presentations, documents, digital content, invitations, marketing materials and other visual assets.
• Format and visually enhance content for internal and external audiences.
• Transform complex information into clear, professional and visually engaging communications.
• Ensure the consistent application of KRB’s visual identity across communications and marketing materials.
• Contributes to the ongoing evolution and visibility of the KRB brand.
• Adapt and resize creative concepts for different formats, channels and platforms.
• Coordinate photo and video production, as needed, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Communications & Storytelling

• Contribute to the writing, adaptation and presentation of content across the firm’s communications channels.
• Help create content for social media, websites, internal communications, firm news and business development initiatives.
• Help tell the story of KRB’s achievements, expertise and initiatives in a clear, relevant and engaging way.
• Adapt messaging, tone and format for different audiences and communication channels.
• Collaborate on communications, presentations and marketing materials that support the firm’s positioning and business development efforts.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across communications.

Digital Marketing

• Support the management and ongoing updates of the firm’s website.
• Assist with organic and paid search initiatives (SEO/SEM).
• Support the preparation, publication and optimization of content across digital and social media platforms.
• Contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators for digital initiatives and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current on emerging practices, digital tools and technologies that can enhance the effectiveness and quality of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Marketing Projects

• Contribute to a variety of marketing, communications and business development projects.
• Work closely with members of the Marketing, Communications & Business Development team and professionals across the firm.
• Collaborate with agencies, graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other external partners.
• Provide support for events and other departmental initiatives, as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s tools, templates and ways of working.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education in graphic design, communications, marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a role combining design, communications or marketing, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Strong graphic design and layout skills, with a keen eye for esthetics and detail.
• Ability to create polished, modern and visually compelling presentations and communications materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.*
• Ability to write, adapt and present content clearly and concisely.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and SEO/SEM fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creativity, curiosity, autonomy, attention to detail and a strong collaborative mindset.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools applied to design, communications and marketing.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop, is a strong asset.
• Experience with a content management system (WordPress) is an asset.
• Familiarity with photo and video creation or editing tools is an asset.

*English is required to serve clients and external partners and to prepare client-facing materials; French remains the primary language of work.
