Senior Ecommerce Performance Marketing Director

Shape high-spend ecommerce campaigns across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels from a Canada-based remote-first setting.
As Associate Director, Strategy, you will lead performance marketing for ambitious direct-to-consumer and omnichannel brands. Your mandate includes translating data, customer insights, and market trends into commercial recommendations. You will oversee campaign effectiveness, senior stakeholder communication, and strategic execution across complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct large-scale performance marketing strategies aligned with growth targets
- Forecast budgets, pace investment, test creative, and optimize shopping feeds
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for executive decisions
- Resolve performance issues and align stakeholders around recommendations
- Improve workflows, delivery consistency, productivity, and service quality
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on knowledge across major advertising platforms
- Experience forecasting, measuring, and planning complex accounts
- Present recommendations to senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Translate complex performance data into actionable guidance
- Work effectively across distributed teams in remote-first environments
