Join Our Team as a Sales Associate & Clinic Assistant - Bayshore Location (Ottawa)
Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Cornwall as a Sales Associate .
You will be an important part of our vision care team, helping customers find the perfect eyewear and supporting the day-to-day store operations. Whether you're experienced in optical care or just starting out, we provide full training to set you up for success.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and vision needs
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments for in-store eye exams
- Conduct pre-testing procedures to prepare patients for their eye exams
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in vision care is an asset, but not required - we'll train the right candidate
- An interest in fashion and helping customers feel confident in their eyewear choices
- Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn

- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
