SAP IS-U FICA Consultant for Utilities

Elevate your career as an experienced SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant, open to candidates from the US and Canada. This remote contract role involves significant monthly travel to Florida and focuses on customer financial processes. We are seeking a skilled SAP IS-U FI-CA consultant with extensive experience in the utilities sector. You will configure and manage essential financial processes, including Payments, Dunning, and Collections, in a large-scale SAP Utilities environment. Key responsibilities include supporting collection workflows and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure payment processes, dunning, and collections workflows
• Manage cash application and payment clearing activities
• Support customer interactions and billing processes
• Collaborate with technical, customer service, and billing teams
• Participate in production support, SIT, and UAT activities Requirements:
• 8+ years experience in SAP IS-U FI-CA within utility environments
• Hands-on experience with Payments and Collections
• Knowledge of Promise-to-Pay configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
• Familiarity with SAP CRM/CIC preferred Leverage your expertise in SAP IS-U FI-CA to enhance utilities customer interactions and financial processes.
