Millwright or Electrician

Bourgault Industries is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician to join our Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment overhauls.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and grounds.
-Perform preventative maintenance to maximize reliability and uptime.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
-Complete maintenance work efficiently with minimal disruption.
-Coordinate with teams and suppliers to source parts and solutions.
-Document equipment issues and recommend improvements.
-Identify and address potential equipment concerns before failures occur.
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Skills/Qualifications
-Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician certification.
-Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment including welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, and forklifts.
-Strong electrical and electronics knowledge.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
-Flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks.
