Lyft Senior Fraud and Risk Analyst

Join Lyft as a Senior Fraud and Risk Analyst, where you will drive strategies to prevent fraud and enhance user safety in a hybrid work format. Your analytical skills in SQL and Python will play a key role in this critical mission. This position within the PII Analytics team requires a detail-focused individual with a robust understanding of fraud patterns and prevention strategies. You will take ownership of various fraud segments and work collaboratively to develop and implement innovative solutions while maintaining an optimal user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve fraud detection strategies with cross-functional teams
- Support operation teams in creating tools to measure fraud impacts
- Clearly convey complex data insights to stakeholders
- Create and communicate clear reports to leadership
- Formulate policies that balance safety and user experience
- Over 5 years of experience in fraud and identity management
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in SQL or similar programming languages
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong cross-group collaboration and influence
