Manager Senior Aéronautique chez SEGULA

Leader en ingénierie, SEGULA Technologies cherche un Manager Senior pour diriger des projets aériens stratégiques. Utilisez vos compétences pour améliorer les initiatives organisationnelles et opérationnelles. Le Manager Senior sera essentiel dans la coordination de plusieurs projets dans le domaine aéronautique. Grâce à votre expérience, vous serez en charge de la gouvernance des programmes, de la gestion des risques et de la communication avec les parties prenantes. Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer que les projets respectent les délais et le budget fixés, tout en soutenant les efforts d'amélioration continue. Responsabilités principales:

Gérer un portefeuille de projets aériens complexes
Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction des OEM
Définir stratégies de réalisation et de budget
Coordonner les équipes d'ingénierie et de qualité
Présenter les avancées et recommander des solutions

Exigences:

Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou domaine pertinent
Expérience de plus de 10 ans dans l'aéronautique
Solides compétences en méthodologie de projet
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Bilinguisme français et anglais exigé
