Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support our front desk operations while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of up to ten Guest Service Agents
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to all guests
- Oversee efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Support training and development of Guest Services team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel guest service (required) and
- 1 year supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency with hotel systems, phone systems, and computer applications
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
