Senior Living Paid Media Manager

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, you lead paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and SEO remains a separate function. You will guide campaign strategy, measurement, client communication, and account growth across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Evaluate campaigns and decide when to stop underperforming activity
- Maintain conversion tracking using GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels
- Own roadmaps, client narratives, retention, upsell, and relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns independently
- Track record improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
