The pet-friendly hotel is also near key locations like Jane Way's Children's Hospital, Memorial University, and Pippy Park, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of solid sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in the OPERA Property Management System is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
