Le(la) journalier(ère) soutient les opérations quotidiennes de l’usine et de la tourbière afin d’assurer une production sécuritaire, efficace et continue. Ce poste comprend des tâches de manutention, d’opération d’équipement et de soutien général dans un environnement dynamique. Fonctions essentielles
Le(la) journalier(ère) soutient les opérations quotidiennes de l’usine et de la tourbière afin d’assurer une production sécuritaire, efficace et continue. Ce poste comprend des tâches de manutention, d’opération d’équipement et de soutien général dans un environnement dynamique. Fonctions essentielles
- Respecter strictement toutes les pratiques, procédures et programmes de santé et sécurité
- Participer aux opérations de production et effectuer diverses tâches de travail manuel dans l’usine et la tourbière
- Effectuer des tâches de manutention, incluant lever, déplacer et organiser les matériaux
- Assister à l’opération d’équipement et aux processus de production, au besoin
- Effectuer le nettoyage et maintenir les aires de travail selon les standards de l’usine
- Collaborer avec les autres employés afin de soutenir les opérations et résoudre les problématiques
- Charger et décharger les matériaux et appuyer les activités d’expédition et de réception
- Effectuer des vérifications de base sur les équipements et signaler toute anomalie
- Participer à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche connexe
- Engagement envers la sécurité et respect des procédures établies
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel et extérieur, à rythme rapide
- Fiabilité, bon sens des responsabilités et attitude positive
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
- Capacité physique à effectuer des tâches exigeantes et à travailler dans des conditions météorologiques variables
- Expérience dans un environnement industriel, manufacturier ou agricole (tourbière)
- Expérience ou certification pour la conduite de chariot élévateur (forklift)
- Expérience avec des équipements de production ou presses
- Aptitudes mécaniques ou expérience avec l’équipement
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent, un atout
- Expérience comme journalier(ère), un atout
- Travail effectué à la fois à l’intérieur (usine) et à l’extérieur (tourbière)
- Exposition aux conditions météorologiques, au bruit, à la poussière et à l’équipement industriel
- Déplacements sur terrain irrégulier et utilisation d’escaliers
- Capacité de soulever jusqu’à [40–50 lb]
- Station debout prolongée, marche, flexion et manutention fréquente
- Utilisation d’outils manuels, d’équipement et de véhicules industriels
