Our Land Rover & Volvo Kelowna dealership is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Assist both customers and internal departments with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right part, on time, every time.
- Stay Organized: Receive, store, and track incoming parts and supplies using an inventory management system.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, reconcile counts, and prepare orders to replenish inventory as needed.
- Support the Team: Distribute parts for service repairs and ensure the shop has everything needed to operate efficiently.
- Communicate Effectively: Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and process returns quickly and accurately.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
What You Bring
Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
