- Manage and direct medium to large-scale architectural projects
- Attend and lead project coordination meetings
- Develop and manage overall project budgets and workflows
- Mentor junior/intermediate staff effectively
- Ensure compliance with sustainability practices
- At least 15 years of experience in architecture
- Degree in Architecture and valid AIBC license
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; Microsoft Office expertise
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
