- Donner des séances de formation
- Discuter avec les clients de l'utilisation des installations
- Accomplir des tâches de réception
- Préparer des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
- Prendre des dispositions pour les activités d'entretien et les superviser
- Faire appliquer les politiques et les procédures
- Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
- Aider les clients/invités ayant des besoins spéciaux
