The role focuses on vendor management, budgeting, and maintaining safety standards while providing exceptional service. You will lead a facilities team and handle contractor liaising in a fast-paced environment, where strong bilingual communication is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily building operations and compliance requirements
• Oversee facilities team performance and resource allocation
• Liaise with landlords and service providers for effective operations
• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Support space planning and minor renovation initiatives

• Experience in facilities management or property management
• Proficiency in managing vendor contracts and finances
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and space optimization
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Must work onsite 5 days a week in Montreal
