Operations Manager (Hospitality)

Job Responsibility:

Operations Manager:

If you have a passion for food and leadership, then this is the job for you. The Operations Manager is responsible for the logistics of our delivery team and the execution of events operationally. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure the customer meal or event is a success. You will also be guiding our logistics and delivery team to ensure our deliveries are on-time and carried out smoothly. This role will require inventory management, logistics planning, Captain hiring and training, events management, and other services as necessary. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, detail oriented, and excited about the future of the catering space.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3+ years in an operations role, preferably in the catering industry
• Detail-oriented and proactive - anticipating issues and reacting accordingly
• Events execution and management
• Creative and quick problem solving skills
• Extremely organized, eager & willing to learn
• Flexible mindset, willing to help others, receptive to feedback
• Management/Leadership experience
• A go-getter who will ensure an amazing customer experience
• Professional, Passionate, & Collaborative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
