Treasure Hill is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team at our Corporate Head Office in Vaughan.

What You'll Do
Provide structural engineering expertise for our low-rise residential developments
Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and consultant submissions
Support construction teams with site inspections and technical guidance
Coordinate with architects, consultants, municipalities, and internal stakeholders
Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and design integrity
Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code and applicable engineering standards
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of structural engineering experience in residential low-rise construction
Strong knowledge of wood-frame residential design and Ontario Building Code requirements.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or working toward licensure
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
