12+ Month Contract | 40 hrs/week | $50-55/hr T4 High potential for full-time conversion
Our pharma agency client is looking for a Medical Editor to join their team. This will be on a US Pharma brand, all FDA editing.
This is a fully remote role.
What You Will Do
- Proofreading and editing content for HCP and patient audiences
- Edit and QA copy for FAQs, sales aids, detail aids, CRM campaigns, landing pages, and social media
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, strategists, and medical reviewers
- Ensure all content meets regulatory and medical standards (FDA, AMA, etc.)
What You Bring
- Experience writing promotional, marketing, or advertising content in pharma, life sciences, or medical communications
- Strong understanding of clinical data, medical terminology, and regulatory expectations
- FDA experience (must-have)
- Agency experience is a strong asset
- Ability to simplify complex scientific information without losing accuracy
