Senior Benefits Manager at STEMCELL

Take on a pivotal role as Senior Benefits Manager at STEMCELL, where you will lead global health, wellness, and retirement programs. Ensure efficacy and compliance across North America, Europe, and APAC through strategic leadership. In this hands-on position, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for planning and executing benefits initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple benefits programs while analyzing data trends to inform decisions and drive program enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global employee benefits programs
- Conduct annual reviews and redesign initiatives for plans
- Analyze key data to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation across jurisdictions
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience
- Experience in managing benefits for U.S. and Canadian employees
- Strong analytical and organizational competencies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Capability to manage competing priorities effectively
