Customer Service Government Representative (Contract), Bilingual & English

Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire representatives on contract for upcoming on-site positions in Moncton.

As a bilingual Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Your position in a glimpse:

• Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance;
• Kindly assist people by:
  • Validating their identity through video calls;
  • Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes;
  • Directing them to another service, if needed.
• Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• You speak English fluently or are bilingual (English and French).
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Be available to work 7 days a week between 20 and 40 hours, any time between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (ADT). 
  • You must be able to work from our for all shifts;
• Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!

Training start date: November 25th
