- Être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent
- Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Maîtriser le français à l'oral e à l'écrit
- Maîtriser l'anglais à l'oral e à l'écrit
- Être éligible à l’obtention d’une CIZR
- Capable d'obtenir un certificat médical et de satisfaire aux exigences physiques
- Une année d'expérience en service à la clientèle
