Lead CarltonOne’s global supplier partnerships, combining executive relationship management with pricing and commercial optimization expertise.As Vice President, Global Procurement, you will serve as the senior relationship owner for strategic suppliers and partners. You will lead complex negotiations, evaluate pricing models, and develop partnerships that strengthen CarltonOne’s global reward offering. The role also advises executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and other functions.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain executive relationships with global strategic suppliersSecure favorable commercial terms and partnership agreementsDevelop CarltonOne’s global pricing strategyAdvise executives on supplier markets and commercial risksSupport partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion initiativesRequirements:
10+ years of progressive leadership in global procurement or commercial rolesBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, commerce, or related fieldExtensive high-value supplier negotiation experienceDemonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple regionsExecutive presence, relationship-building, and change leadership capabilitiesUse supplier partnerships, pricing strategy, and executive influence to advance CarltonOne’s global commercial performance.
