NATURE OF THE WORK
Welcome customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, follow up with customers, handle billing, and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
PRIMARY TASKS
Greet customers and provide them with information about the menu.
Suggest dishes and beverages and take orders.
Prepare certain ingredients and cocktails, including sangria and mocktails.
Perform table service.
Clear tables.
Set up and prepare tables: cleaning, tablecloths, trays, cutlery, etc.
Clean utensils and polish glasses.
Respond to special customer requests: water, utensils, extra plates, etc.
Perform household tasks related to their position: bar, refrigerators, wine cellar, etc.
Perform emergency cleaning as needed.
Take reservations.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service.
At the end of the shift, perform cash closing and balancing, as well as tip sharing.
Perform any other related tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Education or experience: high school diploma or relevant experience.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Punctuality and reliability.
Strong customer service skills.
Good appearance.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers (FR and ENG).
