We are looking for an Entry level Scheduling professional to support our London team and contribute to operational excellence. Your role as a scheduler involves coordinating activities between our clients, account managers, and security personnel, recruitment team and communicating with them as needed.

• The typical hiring range for this position is 18.50-19.50 per hour and is specific to candidates in this location.

Portfolio Scheduler Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, etc.)
• Support onboarding, compliance documentation, and reporting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks

Portfolio Scheduler Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
