Direct Sales Representative | Sault St. Marie, ON

On-Target Earnings: $70,000 - $120,000+ per year

Most jobs put a ceiling on what you can earn. This one doesn’t.

Half our team is on track to earn over $88K this year, and some of our top performers had never sold a thing before joining us. No sales experience? No problem. We hire for attitude, then teach you everything else on the clock.

If you’re tired of earning the same paycheck no matter how hard you work, this could be your spot. You’ll get outside, meet people, build real sales skills, and have the opportunity to earn more as you improve.

Plus, our days start in the afternoon, so your mornings are yours.

Bring the drive. We’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do:

Puulse partners with leading brands like Bell Canada to bring their services directly to customers. On a typical day, you meet your team for a huddle at the office, where you review the latest promotions, share wins from the day before, and head out to meet customers. You’re having conversations, answering questions, and helping people find the best internet or mobile plan for their needs. Along the way, you’re gaining confidence, learning how to sell, and earning more than you thought possible.

This is a sales role where you’ll:

• Meet and talk with customers face-to-face
• Introduce Bell Internet, TV, and Mobile services
• Build trust, answer questions, and help customers find the right services
• Learn how to handle objections and close sales
• Work alongside a supportive, competitive team

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Enjoy talking to people
• Are comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Are competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals
• Can handle hearing “no” and keep going
• Are reliable and available full-time
• Want to learn skills that can grow your career and income
• Are not currently a student — we require consistent full-time availability

Pay & Benefits

• $20/hour base pay + uncapped commission
• OTE: $70,000–$120,000+ per year
• 50% of our team is on track to earn $88,000+
• Top performers earn $120,000+ per year, with some earning $15K+ in a month
• Fully paid training, no sales experience required
• Health benefits after 6 months
• Weekly bonuses, contests, and prizes
• Career advancement opportunities
• Team trips and travel opportunities

Never Worked In Sales? No Problem.

We teach it all to you. Many of our top performers never sold anything before joining us, and now they make over 10K a month.

You’ll be outside. You’ll knock on doors. You’ll hear “no.”

But if you’re willing to learn, take coaching, and keep going when things get uncomfortable, the opportunity can be worth it.

If you bring the attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll give you the training and support to see how far you can take it.
