Job Description

Join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Canada, as a 2026 Seasonal Customer Experience Representative! This is a fixed-term seasonal position where you'll play a vital role in creating authentic and memorable experiences for our customers. You'll be the friendly face on our sales floor, helping to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment while supporting daily store operations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

• Engage warmly with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and curating personalized product recommendations
• Support daily store operations, including inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, product returns, shelving, and processing incoming merchandise
• Create visually appealing and stimulating store displays using merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share compelling stories that connect customers to our brand
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for improving both employee and customer experiences
• Contribute actively to a safe and healthy work environment by prioritizing health and safety protocols
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability when assigned to various store areas and tasks
• Take ownership of personal development and provide constructive feedback to colleagues and the leadership team
• Work assigned shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptability and flexibility with a genuine willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Physical capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems (preferred)
• Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to add value to every interaction
