Position: Â HR & Payroll Systems Support
Location:Â Hybrid, 2x per week in office (Mississauga)
Structure : Contract, 12 months
Pay: Â $33.00 - $43.00 / hour T4

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Construction clients in a contract capacity!

Requirements:
- â3+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll operations, or enterprise applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) or willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in HR technology, payroll processes, and system-driven environments
- Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Systems, or a related field
- Exposure to major HCM/payroll platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, UKG, or similar)
- Experience working in structured or regulated environments (e.g. unionized settings)
- Familiarity with ticketing or workflow tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar)
- Payroll certification or formal payroll training
